Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours prior to commencement of the session.

Within 24 hours to commencement of the session, if you cancel your appontment and not reschedule the appointment, we will charge you 50% of the scheduled service price. 

Within 24 hours and 12 hours prior to commencement of the session, you may reschedule your appointment without charge.

Within 12  hours to commencement of the session, if you cancel or  reschedule your  appointment, we  will charge you  100% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged  

  The therapists at Sydney Touch Medicine work on commission and this may directly affect their pay cheque.
