Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is the application of a range of therapeutic massage techniques to focuse on treating musculoskeletal problems such as knotted, tense, stiff, damaged or atrophy of mucles. It also focuses on soft tissues problems such as injured or adhesion of tendons, ligaments or connective tissues.
Problems with the muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body. Remedial massage aims to identify the original reason for the pain and discomfort, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms.
Remedial massage can also stimulate the blood flow, increase mobility of joints, and help to repair damaged areas of the body by speeding up the body's own healing processes. It can apply in both acute or chronic condition.
